DISPLAYS: Regular exhibit spaces are approximately 15’ X15’. You must remain in the space assigned to you; supply your own tables, chairs, ext. cords, lights, shade, etc. No display can be exhibited from trailers or vehicles. Music or other sounds will not be permitted from display area. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION1. Check-in will be on Friday, June 5th, between 9 am and 12 noon.2. Report to the gate next to Debbie’s Tax Service3. Space assignments will be posted.4. Someone will come to your space, and you will receive two (2) exhibitor passes (one for you and one helper – not to be exchanged with others). OTHERS IN YOUR PARTY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY GATE ADMISSION.5. Exhibitors will be responsible for setup, removal, and cleanup.6. No coolers, food, or beverages are allowed in the park. NO PETS ALLOWED.7. Each exhibitor must remain in the park until the final music act is on stage.8. All sales tax will be the vendor’s responsibility.9. Food vendors are accepted on a limited basis. Food vendors MUST send an itemized list ofALL food items along with the application. Food items NOT listed on the application will be prohibited. Food vendors are expected to comply with all Health Department regulations. Duplications ofsome items will not be allowed. The Hank Williams board will determine whether duplication will be permitted. Applications will be taken until The Hank Williams Festival is full. This is a family-friendly event; no alcoholic beverages will be allowed by vendors. The Hank Williams board reserves the right to remove an artist/vendor/exhibit from The HankWilliams Festival for conduct unbecoming to the City of Georgiana. A signed application agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations is mandatory. All sales tax will be the vendor's responsibility. RAIN OR SHINE--- NO REFUNDSCHECK IN WILL BE FRIDAY, JUNE 6 th, BETWEEN 9 a.m. AND NOON. At check-in, you will be given your space assignment, four (4) passes, and name tags ONLY (one for you and three helpers - not to be exchanged with others).
